This project revolved around the selection of an award-winning car, the Toyota bZ compact, and the design of a key fob. My objective was to create a key fob that not only possessed a distinctive appearance but also offered ease of use and ergonomic comfort. To achieve this, I initiated my project by delving into comprehensive research about the Toyota bZ compact. This involved studying its design, both interior and exterior, as well as understanding its functionality.
In addition to scrutinizing the car itself, I delved into the core values, mission, and vision of Toyota. Sustainability and practicality emerged as the pivotal themes that encapsulated the essence of the company's philosophy. These two concepts became the cornerstone of my design approach.
Given that the Toyota bZ compact exuded a futuristic vibe, I aspired to craft a key fob that harmonized with this aesthetic. To accomplish this, I envisioned a key fob with illuminating elements, evoking a sense of futurism and innovation. Ultimately, my aim was to provide users with a key fob that not only reflected the car's style but also transported them into a vision of the future.
